Here are the rules:
Adaptive Armlifting USA Rules - proposed
1.) The seat should be minimum 16" high (a standard bench in 18”).
2.) A shorter loading pin must be used (suggested height: 6”-9”).
3.) The lifter must lock the weight out and have the head up (just like a regular lockout).
4.) The legs must not touch the plates in any way that may assist the lifter.
5.) No downward movement of the implement at any time.
6.) In one handed lifts, the off hand may not brace against the seat/bench/box to assist the lifter.
For the Apollon's Axle Double Overhand Deadlift
1) The The seat should be minimum 16" high (a standard bench in 18”).
2) The bar may hit the bottom of the seat/bench as the lifter attempts to lockout.
3) There may be no downward movement of the bar during the lift.
4) The lifter must lock the weight out and have the head up (just like a regular lockout).
