VIDEO OF TOP LIFTS: To accurately judge the events, video submission will need to be provided for all lifts. This is the athlete’s responsibility to record and provide the videos.
CALIBRATED PLATES: Contest promoters are encouraged to use calibrated plates if possible to ensure accurate weights.
LOADING PIN: Any brand of loading pin may be used provided it is 10”-15” high.
ATTEMPTS: An unlimited of attempts is allowed. However, the venue host must disclose if the number of attempts is limited to a certain number.
WEIGHT INCREASES: There is no minimum weight for increases. However, the venue host must disclose if the weight increases are limited to a certain number. Keep in mind that 5kg is 10% of 50kg.
